February 27, 2007 I made this comment: “jillapalooza.com it is!! … now to wait for Nick to babysit my endeavor …” And ever since then I’ve been babysitting his website. Hmmm… I suppose I should thank him for making me figure everything out on my own because now I’m, like, a bajillion times smarter than he is.
For the sake of nostalgia, below is a screen shot of the original jillapalooza.com (featuring a photo of the beautiful Michelle and Alicia). I am really itching to play around with a new theme, but this one is just so nifty I can’t bring myself to change it.
Thanks to all those who read my posts. Also, a very special thanks to Blog Reader Kristen for always reading and making her presence known and to Curtis for helping me out with the site where my husband falls short… so, pretty much anytime I need help he’s there, that’s what I’m saying.
This year I will do my best to stay current on my dive posts. Hopefully I will finish blogging about Grand Cayman and do a nice little back dating this weekend. First I think there’s another Twilight viewing I need to discuss…

I would like to respectfully request that jillapalooza stay current on bar crawl posts as well, since we can all use a “refresher” after day-long benders.
Oh yes, two comments in one day. I guess that’s just because it’s been so long since you posted…. I do like some of your discarded alternate names — jillyagogo, jillybeans, andonandon, and of course, justjillin. Great list of possibilities!

I miss regular updates on jilla and cklahr. I think I may need to boycott facebook and start up some activity. You’ve always left me so much more fulfilled. And it’s so much prettier here! Is there cake, and where is my piece?
