Game 7

The Beez lost the game against Evergreen Community Church last night. Final score 15-19. There were a lot of dumb errors made that gave ECC runs, but they also made a lot of errors, getting us on first base a lot. A lot. Lots of errors by both teams. Painful to watch.

There’s a new Killer Bee in town. Ryan seemed like a solid hitter during the 2 innings that he played. Hopefully he will be a good edition to the team… and Jake can give him better directions to the field next time.

So now we’re up to 11 Beez. Wait, nope, Adam quit bringing us back to 10. With Adam and Chay out that means Jake will be pitching meaties for the rest of the season. Don’t do it Adam. Don’t do it… don’t do it…

Games 5 & 6

The Beez won both games last night. The first game was against Bob’s Scrappers (20-2) and the second was against the Enforcers (16-15). By some miracle it didn’t rain, despite weather reports of scattered storms all day long. I believe it’s because the “weather man” had been saying it would rain on Monday for the past 17 days. And the “weather man” being wrong takes precedence over it raining on Mondays.

Sexy Biatches

I love how every time I visit jillapalooza there are pictures of girls in bikinis in my random photo section. Probably because 90% of my pics are from Girls’ Weekend. There would probably be more traffic if the pics were of naked girls. Which reminds me, vote for my newest jillaPOLLooza… (in the sidebar)

I Splurge

Have you ever had one of those dreams where you have something really awesome, but then you wake up and not only do you not have it, it doesn’t even exist?

This morning could have been one of those dreams for me, but I wasn’t sleeping and in my hands I held the object of my desire!! My brand new GHD hair styling iron. It’s the stuff dreams are made out of. Maximum heat in 60 seconds. I kid you not, one quick swipe down my hair and my strands were pin straight and silky smooth. It should have taken me half the time to straighten my hair, but I kept pausing between swipes to gawk in the mirror.

The absolute best thing about this gizmo is that it not only straightens, but curls as well. You want spirals? One swipe. You want ringlets? One swipe. You want the ends flipped up? One swipe. You get the point. And the absolute second best thing about it… limited edition hot pink baby!!
