On Monday, Nick and I returned to the MN State Fair. We usually don’t do the every other day thing, but the Happy Together Tour was there, as they are every year, and I’ve always wanted to be there to listen outside the Grand Stand!
It was amazing.
It was a really laid back night with just the two of us. Warm, but comfortable.
New foods consumed:
On Saturday Nick and I returned to the MN State Fair with the Murders. It was crowded and hot, but that didn’t stop us from having a good time. Whitney and I had the red wine flight from Wine Country. MUCH better than the fruity wine flight from last year. Also, Bagnado!

Nick, BRK, and I kicked off the first day of the MN State Fair with the Murders. The weather was perfect, and it felt really busy compared to first days of the past. Turns out it was the third highest attendance for opening day.

After a long softball tournament weekend in Duluth, we wrapped up Labor Day Weekend by going to the fair one last time. Nick made it a point to eat things he hadn’t tried before, which really impressed me. I had a great time this year, but I missed doing a full day with just Nick and me. There’s always next year.
Once again, I am late at posting my fair blog. Which, really, should come as no surprise at this point.
